| The one-woman
show gives a glimpse of the last night of Marilyn Monroe's life, based on her own words. Katie LaBourdette, who has appeared on television and off-Broadway, expands
on her appearances as a celebrity impersonator to bring Marilyn to life on the stage.
Taking place on August 4, 1962, the show, written by
LaBourdette with James Arntz, combines phone conversations from that night with flashbacks
to earlier years and musical numbers.
