SNAP! Productions is very proud to present Tony Kushner’s two-part Pulitzer Prize winning masterpiece, Angels in America. The play is widely considered the most important, spectacular and entertaining American play of the late 20th century. As relevant today as at the height of the AIDS crisis, Kushner’s epic vision touches on Mormonism, Judaism, racism, homosexuality, marriage, history, politics and art. And yet the story remains profoundly human.
Jack Kroll of Newsweek calls Angels in America “daring and dazzling! The most ambitious American play of our time: an epic that ranges from earth to heaven...”
SNAP! Productions will be presenting both parts of Angels in America. Angels in America: Millennium Approaches, will run from November 15December 9, 2007. SNAP! Productions will bring you another Omaha Premiere when it mounts the second part, Angels in America: Perestroika. This part will run from March 6 - March 30, 2008.
