SNAP! Productions Ticket Policy
Ticket purchases are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by SNAP! Productions.
Tickets may be exchanged for an alternate date in the same show run provided there is availability on the requested date. Requests for exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the ticketed show. Requests can be made either through the website (snapproductions.com) or by emailing treasurer@snapproductions.com.
Tickets purchased for student, senior, military, or other discounted options will require that an appropriate ID be presented on entry.
Tickets must be available either printed or digitally on entry to the show.
SNAP reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated; under the influence of drugs; behaving dangerously or inappropriately; acting in a manner likely to cause damage or injury to others (or themselves); determined to be in violation of ticket policy; or refusing to follow reasonable requests of staff & volunteers.
Purchase of tickets constitutes acceptance of this policy.
